TYPES OF DATA

This privacy policy concerns personal data submitted by a visiting user (technically: the "data subject") when completing forms on the website. Furthermore, the IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website collect, during their normal course of operation, certain personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

PROCESSING METHODS

Please be advised that, in accordance with Article 5 of the GDPR (Regulation 679/2016), your personal data will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently. Data will be collected for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes and subsequently processed in a manner consistent with those purposes; it will be adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed; it will be accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date; it will be stored in a form that permits the identification of the data subjects; and it will be processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security—including protection, through suitable technical and organizational measures, against unauthorized or unlawful processing, as well as against accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

CONSENT

The provision of data is based on the data subject’s consent, which is free and optional. Failure to provide consent will make it impossible to submit your data and your request, and will consequently prevent us from providing a response. Such data will not be recorded on other media or devices, nor will any other data derived from your browsing activity on the website be recorded. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

The contact form on this website is intended solely to allow site visitors to contact the company (the data controller) by sending an email via the form. The purpose of collecting and processing personal data is exclusively to enable the company to respond to the user—using the contact details provided in the "Request for Information" form—and to address any inquiries contained in the user's message.

LEGAL BASIS

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6, paragraph 1, letter (b) of the Regulation, as such processing is necessary for the provision of services or to respond to requests made by the data subject.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Personal data (including specific categories of data) will be stored—including in digital format—for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed, and in any case for no more than 36 months from the date of collection.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Data subjects are granted the rights set forth in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, and 21 of the aforementioned EU Regulation. Specifically, this includes the right to access their personal data; to request its rectification, updating, erasure, or the restriction of its processing (if the data is incomplete, incorrect, or has been collected in violation of the law); the right to data portability; and the right to object to processing on legitimate grounds. Such requests should be directed to the data controller. Furthermore, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
