Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016 regarding personal data please note that the processing of the personal data provided when filling in the “Request for information” form will be carried out in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679, and with EU Directives numbers 58/2002 and 136/2009.

PLACE OF PROCESSING
The personal data collected as a result of the completion of the “Request for information” form and when the Data Subject browses the website are mainly processed on the premises of the Data Controller and retained for a pre-established time in the service provider's server. The collected personal data will not be disseminated and/or communicated to third parties and will not be transferred to countries outside the EU.

DATA PROCESSOR
The following party has been appointed as external Data Processor for the data described below: “Net-prime S.r.l.” with registered office in Via Adige, 10A - 31027 Spresiano TV, in its role as the website developer and service provider. TYPES OF DATA
This notice concerns the personal data sent by the user who visits the website (technically referred to as Data Subject) when the “forms” present on the website are completed. Additionally, during their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

These data will not be recorded on other media or devices, nor will any other data resulting from your browsing experience on the website be registered.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
The sole purpose of the contact form on this website is to enable visitors to the website to contact the Company that is the Data Controller should they wish to do so, by sending an email through the above-mentioned form. The sole purpose of collecting and processing a Data Subject's personal data is indeed to be able to recontact the user via the contact details sent by way of the “Request for information” form, in order to process any requests contained in the message sent by the user.

LEGAL FOUNDATION
The legal foundation of the personal data processing is Article 6 section 1 paragraph b of the Regulation, in that the processing is required in order to provide the Services or in order to reply to the requests of the Data Subject.

DURATION OF DATA RETENTION
The Data Subject's personal data and details will be retained, also in digital form, for a period of time not exceeding the time required to fulfil the purposes for which they are being processed and in any case not exceeding 36 months from when they were collected.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Data Subjects have the rights set forth in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 of the above-mentioned EU Regulation and in particular the rights to access their personal data, to request that they be corrected, updated, deleted and that the processing be restricted if the data are incomplete, erroneous or have been collected unlawfully, as well as the right to data portability and to object to the processing for legitimate reasons, by sending any such requests to the Data Controller. Data Subjects also have the right to submit a complaint to the Data Protection Authority.
